What is it?
These are the services made available to Italian diplomatic delegations for Italian citizens residing abroad, thanks to the agreement signed between INPS and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Available services
The accessible services are:
- Pension archive, to consult the archive of pension holders.
- Registry changes to communicate the related changes:
- family status;
- changes of residence;
- deaths;
- etc.;
- Changes in bank details, to communicate changes in bank details for pension payments.
- Acquisition of REd EST, for the sending of tax returns useful for the:
- verification of the right to income-related benefits;
- application of tax deductions on pensions;
- Link to the Citibank portal, to check on the continuing existence in life of pensioners.
