What is it?
The Online Postal Box service allows you to view all the automated correspondence sent by INPS from 2006 to date.
Who is it aimed at?
The service can be accessed by all citizens with SPID, CIE or CNS credentials.
How does it work?
Through the Online Postal Box it is possible to view:
- each individual communication in pdf format;
- in the case of Personal Certified Email Address (PEC), the delivery or non-delivery receipts resulting from the items sent;
- in the case of registered mail with return receipt, the image of the return receipt with the date of receipt;
- in case of unsuccessful dispatch, the image of the envelope with the reason for non-delivery.
