What is it?

The welfare benefits portal allows individuals to quickly and easily submit claims online to participate in the calls for tender.

Who is it aimed at?

The service is aimed at registered persons, users and pensioners of:

  • Civil Servants’ Pension Scheme;
  • Teachers and School Managers Assistance Scheme (Gestione Assistenza Magistrale)
  • Ex IPOST Pension Scheme.

How does it work?

The Service is active for the Itaca Programme call for tender. It will be extended to other calls for tender for social welfare, assistance and inclusion.

The claim is automatically registered and entered into the computer system for checks relating to the requested benefit.

It is possible to view the following:

  • personal data and residence information;
  • information on the processing of personal data;
  • the declaration of having read the call for tender and acceptance of the conditions.

The search allows you to select the benefit of interest and enter the dates relating to the period in which the request is sent.

In the "View Claims" section, it is possible to view the processing status of the file.

At the end of the investigation, the following is sent:

  • a notification of acceptance;
  • or a notice of rejection.

It is possible to request assistance from the Contact Centre.

Processing times of the decision

The deadline to define the decision was set at 30 days by the Regulation for the definition of the terms to conclude the administrative proceedings adopted by INPS pursuant to Article 2 of Law no. 241/1990

The table attached to the Regulation shows both the deadlines for defining the decisions established by the Institute that are longer than the normal 30-day period, and the indication of the relative manager.
