What is it?
The Welfare in a Click portal allows the digital submission of claims to participate in competition notice reserved for interested users, quickly and easily.
Thanks to the automatic filing and processing procedure, one can apply for the benefit directly online, by joining the competition notice. The computer system retrieves the relevant information from the databases of the Institute and affiliated institutes.
Who is it aimed at?
The service is aimed at members, users and pensioners of the Civil Servants’ Pension Scheme, the Teachers and School Managers Assistance Scheme and the ex IPOST Pension Scheme, as identified in the specific competitions notice.
How does it work?
Submitting a claim is just a click away and it is automatically logged and entered into the system for verification in relation to the specific benefit claimed.
The following are thus visible:
- personal data and residence;
- information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679;
- a declaration of acknowledgement of the announcement and acceptance of the conditions laid down.
The processing status of the file can be consulted in the “Consult Claims” section and a notice of acceptance or rejection is sent at the end of the processing.
However, the assistance of the Contact Centre is always available to submit a claim.
The simplified search allows you to select the service you are interested in and enter the dates relating to the period when the claim was submitted.
The service is available for benefits: Progetto Itaca, Progetto Archimede, Home Care Premium, Long Term Care, Estate INPSieme Senior, Convitti nazionali ospitalità residenziale diurna (National boarding schools day residential hospitality), Day Summer Stays.
This service is planned to also be progressively extended to the Institute's other social benefits (scholarships, language courses, stays, etc.).
Processing times
The deadline to define the decision was set at 30 days by the Regulation for the definition of the terms to conclude the administrative proceedings adopted by INPS pursuant to Article 2 of Law no. 241/1990.
