What is it?
It is a portal reserved for parties authorised to provide tax assistance, who have signed:
- an agreement on the assignment and the regulation of the service of collection and transmission of tax returns(RED forms);
- responsibility statements(ICRIC forms, ICRIC frequency, ICLAV, ACC.AS/PS).
Who is it aimed at?
This service is intended, as per Legislative Decree no. 241 of 9 July 1997 as subsequently amended, for:
- institutional intermediaries authorised to provide tax assistance;
- CAF (fiscal assistance centres);
- job consultants;
- tax consultants.
How does it work?
To access this, operators must use:
- their tax identification code;
- their login details.
To use the services, the RED/INVCIV campaign agreement with INPS must have been signed.
