What is it?

Every year INPS announces a competition for the assignment of a contribution for summer stays to members of the New Mutuality Fund of the ex IPOST.

Who is it aimed at?

The recipients of the competition are those registered in the New Mutuality Fund of the ex IPOST.

How does it work?

START DATE AND DURATION

The annual competition notice, which regulates the benefit, sets out the arrangements under which the stays can be availed of.

WHAT AM I ENTITLED TO?

The amount of the contribution acknowledged to those entitled is stated in the competition notice.

Claim

REQUIREMENTS

To be admitted to the competition, the individual must first be registered with the New Mutuality Fund with a capital of at least €1,000.

It is not possible to participate simultaneously in the "Spa treatments - New Mutuality Fund" competition, which is also reserved for members of the New Mutuality Fund of the ex IPOST. In the event that beneficiary applies for both competitions, only the last claim made will be considered, as shown in the details of the INPS’s incoming protocol.

HOW CAN I CLAIM?

The claim, including a copy of the payment slip, must be completed using the appropriate form and sent via registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or insured registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the following address:

The claim can also be sent by certified e-mail (CEM/PEC) to the address: dc.creditowelfareestrutturesociali@postacert.inps.gov.it

It is compulsory for the claim form to state the IBAN code of the Italian postal or bank account or of the prepaid card authorised to receive bank transfers from public administrations, registered or jointly held by the registered beneficiary of the contribution.

Processing times

The deadline to define the decision was set at 30 days by the Regulation for the definition of the terms to conclude the administrative proceedings adopted by INPS pursuant to Article 2 of Law no. 241/1990.

The table attached to the Regulation shows the deadlines for defining the measures established by the Institute that are longer than the normal 30-day period, and the indication of the relative manager.
