The service allows to submit a claim for the refund of contributions following excess payments, exemption or reduction of contributions. It is intended for agricultural business owners.

What is it?

The farm can claim a refund of contributions paid in excess of the required contribution or that, following the recognition of an exemption or reduction in contributions, have generated sums to be recovered.

Who is it aimed at?

The contributory compensation is intended for agricultural business owners. 

Claim

The claim to INPS must be submitted online using the dedicated service. 

 

Processing times of the decision

The ordinary deadline for issuing the decisions is set at 30 days under Law no. 241/1990. In some cases the law may set different deadlines. 

The table shows the deadlines exceeding thirty days, set by the Institute with a Regulation. 

In addition to the terms for the issuance of the decision, the table also indicates the relevant manager.
