What is it?
This service allows users to attach the documents of the following competition tenders:
- Itaca programme for the assignment of scholarships for school stays abroad;
- University colleges for residential hospitality at proprietary facilities and accredited colleges;
- Estate INPSieme Senior for the assignment of contributions totally or partially covering the cost of a tourist package for a stay in Italy.
Who is it aimed at?
This service is aimed at winners of tenders, children or orphans and equivalent of:
- employees and pensioners enrolled in the Unified Scheme of Credit and Social Benefits;
- pensioners benefiting from the Civil Servants’ Pension Scheme;
- employees and pensioners enrolled in the Teachers and School Managers Scheme;
- persons enrolled in the Scheme of the Postal and Telecommunications (Postelegrafonici).
For the University Colleges competition, the service is also aimed at students already winners in previous academic years.
How does it work?
Within the terms indicated in the relative tenders, the winners admitted with reservation to the benefit shall access the procedure and complete the fulfilments envisaged for the following phases:
- acquisition of initial documentation;
- acquisition of intermediate documentation (where provided for by the tender);
- acquisition of final documentationand possible waiver.
Claim
Once the attachment of the documentation has been completed, the beneficiaries shall use the "Send data to INPS" function key, to allow the file to enter the status that allows the verification of the attached documentation.
Failure to use the "Send data to INPS" function key will result in the waiver of the benefit for failure to comply with the required fulfilments.
In the event of non-compliance with the fulfilments and the deadlines for attachment, the beneficiaries will be considered renouncers and definitively excluded from the competition.
Processing times of the decision
The deadline to define the decision was set at 30 days by the Regulation for the definition of the terms to conclude the administrative proceedings adopted by INPS pursuant to Article 2 of Law no. 241/1990.
