The Family Portal provides:
- integrated information and services;
- consultancy;
- suggestions;
- news.
The objective is to facilitate and support parents in their interactions with the Institute, with regard to the activities and benefits provided to support families.
In particular, the Portal enables:
- access to family benefits;
- integration with the ISEE system;
- support and information from a virtual assistant;
- some performance simulations.
The Portal integrates the benefits relating to:
- Single and universal allowance;
- Nurseries bonus;
- other family and maternity benefits.
