How does it work?
It is permitted exclusively against rejection or revocation of economic benefits concerning administrative requirements such as:

- citizenship;
- residence;
- residence permit.

The administrative appeal must be submitted exclusively by electronic means directly by the interested party using their own credentials (SPID, CIE, CNS) or through a patronage institute or other intermediary authorised in accordance with current legal provisions.
In the case of a person who is incapacitated, the appeal must be signed by the legal representative.
