What is it?

Each year, three competitions for climate-thermal stays at the Case del Maestro owned by the Institute are noticed by INPS.

Who is it aimed at?

Participation in tenders is aimed at:

  • those enrolled in the Teachers and School Managers Assistance Scheme in service or retired (permanent teachers at state nursery and primary schools, school administrators who were former educational directors, current directors of general and administrative services from Law 1213/1967, in any case subject to ENAM withholding tax and teachers of the Catholic religion hired as teachers of nursery and primary schools and subject to ENAM withholding tax);
  • their spouses and cohabiting family members present in the ISEE form;
  • widows and minor orphans of deceased members.

How does it work?

START DATE AND DURATION

The start, duration and destinations of the stays are indicated in the tenders notices, which can be consulted in the Welfare, Assistance and Mutuality section.

WHAT AM I ENTITLED TO?

The stays are financed by the Teachers and School Managers Assistance Scheme, through the monthly contribution of 0.80% of the gross salary paid by the members and provide full board and ancillary services.

The characteristics of the stays, the services provided and the structure of the shifts are described in the ‘stay cards’, published in the catalogue of opportunities available in the section dedicated to the tender notice.

WITHDRAWAL OF BENEFIT

Failure to indicate, within the terms and conditions communicated by INPS, at least one structure of preference, will cause the waiver and exclusion from the award of the stay and from any ‘repechage’ arrangement.

In the event of non-payment of the contribution envisaged for the stay, within the deadlines communicated by INPS after the publication of the ranking, the reservation will be cancelled.

Participants not included in the claim will not be eligible for the stay.

If, during the examination of the claim, the system does not detect the submission of a Single Substitute Statement (DSU) valid at the date of submission of the claim, it will be placed at the bottom of the ranking and the contribution of the per capita share will be equal to the amount provided in the last section of the table in the tender notice.

In this case, the possible condition of disability, both of the beneficiary and of other members of the family, will not be considered. The beneficiary will be the only person eligible for the stay.

Claim

REQUIREMENTS

The notices shall indicate, on a case-by-case basis, the requirements and criteria for determining the participation ranking.

All guests shall participate in the expenses with a contribution that varies according to the claimant's ISEE and the number of participants. The sum due must be paid in a manner that will be made known in the MyINPS area, in the event of assignment of the benefit.

WHEN CAN I CLAIM?

The claim must be submitted within the deadlines laid down in the announcement and, in order to complete it, the relevant parties must be registered in the database as ‘claimants’ for the service. The claimant could, in fact, be a different figure (e.g. the widow/widower, the other parent or the guardian of a minor) from the holder of the right and whose personal data is already in the possession of the INPS and must, first of all, submit a claim for registration in the database according to the methods indicated in the notice.

Once registered, in the reserved area of the dedicated service, the ‘Soggiorni ENAM – Domanda’ [‘Enam Stays - Claim] procedure for completing and submitting the claim to participate in the competition appears.

During the completion of the claim, in the ‘other participants in the stay’ section, any participating family members must be included because later it will no longer be possible to do so.

The winner of the competition must choose the preferred accommodation through the ‘Stay preference selection’ online procedure which provides for a maximum of five different stay packages (single-shift location). Once the preference has been indicated, INPS shall inform the winner, through the section reserved for the tender, SMS or e-mail, of admission to the structure and the deadline for payment of the contribution due, complete with instructions to proceed with the payment and the amount.

HOW CAN I CLAIM?

The claim must be submitted to the INPS online through the dedicated service.

The services offered by INPS can be accessed using one of the alternative authentication systems currently accepted, which are as follows:

  • Public Digital Identity System (SPID);
  • Electronic Identity Card (CIE);
  • National services Card (CNS).

Alternatively, and only in case of technical problems with the online service, claims can be made:

 by phoning the Contact Centre at 803 164 (free from Italian landlines) or 06 164 164 from mobile phones.

Processing times of the decision

The deadline to define the decision was set at 30 days by the Regulation for the definition of the terms to conclude the administrative proceedings adopted by INPS pursuant to Article 2 of Law no. 241/1990.

The table attached to the Regulation shows both the deadlines for defining the decisions established by the Institute that are longer than the normal 30-day period, and the indication of the relative manager.
